Share Your Knowledge… Build Authority

Share your knowledge

Your clients need to appreciate what you have to offer. The only way to build that authority is by sharing your knowledge in places where your clients are. To do this, you need to learn how to use content and email marketing to make this happen.

I’ve shared my knowledge in several places online, both for my personal business and clients. After viewing the portfolio below (which shows some articles I’ve published online), read on because I have a free gift for you :).

Note: All are authority blogs and have Alexa ranks within the range of 1-100,000.

You’re an expert in your field. Waiting for clients to pay you before you even share any of that knowledge is old school. In this era, education is what builds authority. And that’s what you should be after- gaining authority in your field.

But there’s a strategy to this. You don’t just go around, saying everything you know, and then hope that someone would compensate you for all that effort.

What you need to do is find where your clients are, wow them with your knowledge by just giving a little insight and by showing them how to solve a problem that they have, then bring them back to your platform where you give them the complete solution.

With content marketing, you’ll be able to use content, published on specific authority websites in your field that have your kind of clients, to attract the leads you want.

And email marketing? This helps you nurture those leads with the aid of newsletters to the point where they’re ready to pay for your products and services.

It’s not rocket science, but you need to know what tools you need and what strategies to follow if you want this to work for you. Here’s a free client attraction guide to help you out called, “Get More Clients With Content Marketing (A Guide for Creative Professionals)“. It simply gives you the advice you need and leads you to trusted resources to help get your content marketing mojo up and running.
